- Whether client assets, cash or reserves are held
- Proposed application category, target transactions and business scale
- Timeline, budget and the work you need us to undertake
How should the fees be itemised?
- Government / regulatory fees: subject to the fees charged by the relevant authority
- Professional service fees: subject to the written scope and terms
- Statutory capital, security deposits or reserves: not the same as service fees
- Third-party fees such as legal, audit, insurance, system and lease costs
- Acquisition price, transaction taxes and ongoing operating costs are listed separately
