When you voluntarily complete an enquiry form, we collect your name, email, telephone number, selected service and the project description you provide. The company name is optional and is sent with your enquiry only if you fill it in. Please do not submit your identity card, passport, bank statements, client lists, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Use and Transmission
The information is used to respond to this enquiry, understand the project and conduct necessary business communications. The form sends messages from Drew@sfc8.com to the same corporate email account via Tencent Enterprise Email SMTP; success is displayed only after the email service accepts the message for delivery. The application does not create a separate enquiry database, but emails and necessary business records may be retained for lawful purposes. Acceptance of an email by the server does not mean it has been read or that the service has been completed.
Security and Abuse Prevention
The website uses HTTPS for data transmission, stores SMTP credentials on the server and validates inputs. To prevent abuse, rate limiting uses a salted hash of the IP address in process memory for a short period; form submissions are not saved to logs. Network and email transmission nevertheless involve reasonable technical risks.
Retain Your Rights
Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, provide services, or fulfil legal obligations. You may email Drew@sfc8.com to request access to or correction of your personal data, to stop non-essential contact, or to delete personal data that is no longer needed. Where there are legal, regulatory, or dispute-related retention obligations, it may not be possible to delete all records immediately.
Third-Party and Cross-Border Processing
Website hosting, corporate email, fonts and necessary technology suppliers may process relevant technical data outside Hong Kong. External links such as WhatsApp are subject to their own privacy policies. This website does not require account registration and does not automatically add enquirers to marketing emails. If the platform enables access analytics, it may collect technical access data; the actual hosting configuration and applicable policies will govern the details.
